The location was great and the reception service was friendly. The public areas were beautifully decorated. The hotel was safe and clean, perfect for work stays. Easily accessible to the tube and a safe area to walk around. Very pleased overall.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to two Underground stations and right by Paddington station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit attractions using public transport. The breakfast had a good selection of food and was great value for money.

Great value for money! The hotel offers affordable rates without compromising on comfort. The convenient location makes it easy to explore the city, with major attractions within walking distance. The friendly staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
The rooms could use some improvement. The soundproofing between the rooms was not effective, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms.

This hotel is situated just a stone's throw away from Paddington station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation to major attractions. With the underground just minutes away, exploring the city was a breeze.
Everything was just right, no improvement needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a good selection of eateries just minutes away and easy access to all the sightseeing areas via Paddington station. The rooms were nice and clean, although small in size. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay a pleasant experience. Despite its small size, the room had comfortable beds and the breakfast provided was satisfactory.
The wifi connection was quite slow, which was a downside during our stay.

We had a really noisy room. the location for Hyde Park is perfect and the staff were nice enough to lend us an adaptor for the plug. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.
